Assessment

What is Your Fearless Leadership Score?

This assessment is designed to gauge your fearlessness when faced with challenges. By the end, you should have a better understanding of where you stand today.

So you may be wondering if you are a fearless leader. Well, first let’s think about what that means. Fearless leadership is the willingness to accept responsibility, to organize a group of people to achieve a common goal by removing fear, uncertainty and doubt.

Self-awareness is key, and it’s important to see where you are on the scale. The moves that take your career and your teams to the next level are never easy, but you can start with acknowledging where you are on your journey, recognizing where you want to be and creating a plan to get there. Fear, uncertainty, and doubt only serve to keep leaders from achieving their potential. As a leader, you’ll need to get comfortable with showing yourself and others not only a plan for success but an attitude for it as well. Whether your success or your team’s success stalls or excels rests upon the mindset you bring to what you do every day. While this may seem challenging, the good news is that you can succeed and you will have a way to do it.

As an award-winning CEO with a track record of successful leadership across five companies one of my current goals is to help leaders overcome the fears limiting them. Self-preservation and aversion to uncomfortable situations are two of the greatest stumbling blocks a leader can face. Nobody wants to fail, nobody wants to share hard truths—however, your team will benefit tremendously if you are capable of embracing the fearless leader within yourself.
